I live in a two-bedroom apartment. Literally. There are two bedrooms and a hallway with a kitchen and bath. No common rooms! Because of that, I spend 95% of my at-home time in my bedroom. Wanna see??

That looks so NICE! By which I mean so completely unlike any other New York apartments I've been in. I realize it's small but you've put it all together in such a cute way.
Mom says,"Thanks so much for putting these up. It gives me a way to picture where you are when we talk. Is that a ladder outside of the window? I'm glad you have windows. It looks great. Can't wait to see it in person."

Looks perfect. It's not that I'm antisocial, although I joke that I am....It's just I want my space to be my space. This includes my apartment. So I don't do a lot of entertaining or 'communal'.
