West Indian Girl - What Are You Afraid Of (Dert Remix)With an internet connection too slow to stream mp3s from mp3 blogs I've had trouble finding new music recently. It's nearly impossible to keep up with the volume of music that mp3 blogs post without being able to scan it quickly or make up a little multi-blog playlist. I used to fold my laundry while zipping through a week's worth of Fluxblog, Comfort Music, 3Hive, Music (For Robots), and Said the Gramaphone. Now I can just barely manage to keep up with aurgasm (the classiest mp3 blog of them all). Such a shame.
To the rescue, a forgotten favorite: KCRW. Stream the KCRWmusic feed from their site or play it in iTunes Radio. The site is redesigned. There's a handy now playing window. Metropolis with Jason Bentley is a lifesaver.
